ABOUT ME
As a seeker and storyteller, I carry a wealth of knowledge and experience from a career in acting and producing, performing for over 30 years in theater, television, and film. Those decades have included the study of psychology, mythology, archetypes, mindfulness, somatics, breath, and movement.
It was a natural transition into the coaching and healing space, as it informs the art and craft of living and working with intention, deep purpose, and creativity.
I came into psychedelic healing through my personal need to experience transformation. I felt stuck, despite decades of talk therapies and healing modalities that didn't provide the lasting relief I sought. Through plant medicine (with preparation and integration), I experienced a profound coming home to my wholeness, a reconciliation with generational trauma, and a truly mystical, spiritual connection to joy.
That was the first in a series of steps that led me to this sacred work. I learned to hold space for others through Psychedelic Facilitator Certification as well as working with mentors, and engaging in ongoing training. I have worked with: veterans, first responders, in group retreats, and with private clients from all walks of life.
MY APPROACH
In my practice, I place a strong emphasis on engaging in this work ethically and safely. I gather thorough psychological and medical histories of each client to ensure your safety, and to determine whether psychedelic therapy is the right fit for you. Trauma informed practices prioritize your emotional well-being. I uphold strong interpersonal boundaries to keep the healing space safe and therapeutic. I am also honest about the crucial responsibility of preparation and integration.
There is ever emerging science supporting therapeutic use of psychedelics, and I stay informed about current studies and data, as well as being part of a collective of practitioners, doctors and nurses.
Lastly, my approach is centered around practical steps that empower you to come home to yourself with a renewed sense of clarity, purpose and inner peace.
